Our museum
The collection of antiquities in Oryahovo began soon after the Liberation. In 1928 the first collection was established in the local community centre. At the beginning of 1939 the Archaeological Society was founded in the town. "The material traces, these antiquities, time and ignorance have wasted and squandered a lot. It is time to at least collect, arrange and study what is left."
Oryahovo History Museum offers various exhibitions in its Central Building, Ekimdzhiev House, Diko Iliev House Museum, Ethnographic House and Art Gallery "Prof. Marin Varbanov.

An amazing museum, with very well-kept expositions and exhibitions. The museum has an Ethnographic House and an Art Gallery located nearby. The team regularly organizes events and initiatives such as archery at the Kamaka fortress. A must visit place!
